Sign up to serve on our Cancer Care Ministry team. There are a variety of ways to serve.

• One-on-One Care Servant - If you wish to minister directly to someone walking through cancer, sign up to be a One-on-One Care Servant. You will be required to attend a 4-part training before beginning. After the training, you can choose to serve in a variety of ways depending on your personal strengths and gifting. This may include: driving patients to appointments, personal encouragement and prayer, hospital visitation, household help, help with kids, respite breaks for caregivers, and other opportunities that God provides.
• Resource Support - These servants do not attend training but will have opportunity to minister in these supportive roles: meals, food prep/clean up for support groups, yard work, shopping/errands, taxes/estate planning, ministry administrative needs, tech needs, prayer.
• Ministry Donations - Give financially to support the Cancer Care Ministry.

If you are walking through cancer, the Cancer Care Ministry would like to support you!  Although each person has different needs, we can offer support in many ways. Ideas of how we can come alongside you may include: personal encouragement and prayer support, rides to appointments, errands, meals, housework, lawn care, respite breaks for caregivers, childcare, and help with administrative needs like taxes and estate planning. We also offer Oasis Cancer Care Support Groups beginning in February.  These groups will meet every 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 and Friday mornings from 10:30-12:00pm. These support groups are an opportunity for those who are going through cancer to join together in a safe space, offering understanding, support, encouragement and prayer to one another.

Please join us for the 2025 Made to Minister Conference!There will be a variety of workshops to attend on Saturday. Make your selection for each workshop session while registering online. You can find descriptions and more information at shccounseling.org/conference. Registrations are transferable, but not refundable.

Women, join us for small group Bible studies, where you will experience a community of women who desire to grow in their walk with the Lord and encourage each other along the way.

Join us Tuesday nights for a fun and engaging time of worship, games, teaching, and discipleship. We are committed to being a ministry that is Christ-focused and keeps the Bible as the authority of our teaching (and we have fun while doing it!).

Meets Tuesdays at 7PM.

We believe in God's power to transform lives through His Word! This fall we are providing several Bible studies for men to grow and be challenged by Scripture together. There are multiple meeting days and times choose from. Hit the button below for more info and to get signed up!

The Most Excellent Way is inviting all of Salem Heights Church to a workshop Thursday, February 27th, at 7PM in The Chapel. This time together will help answer any questions you may have about our victory over addiction ministry. If you have been thinking about serving within The Most Excellent Way, this would be a great time to come and learn more. If you have a friend or loved one hurting in their addiction, this will be a great time for you as well.

Men of Salem Heights Church, Come and enjoy food and fellowship in the auditorium on march 15th at 7am as we lift up our savior in worship, and are reminded from his Word that we are called to a specific purpose for such a time as this!

Come join us before Spring Break, in making a difference in those in God's church. We will be building relationships with those around us as we work together to serve the senior saints in our church.

Are you newer to Salem Heights and want to know more about our core beliefs as a church? We'd love for you to come to our Fundamentals of the Faith class. This is taught by our pastors and elders and is a great starting point of meeting other newcomers, joining in great discussion, and learning more about what it's like to be a part of the body at SHC. This class will meet at Salem Heights Church on Monday evenings at 7 PM. Childcare is provided for ages 0-10. Sign up today!
